Refund & Returns Policy — NGONSTORE 

At NGONSTORE, we comply with the consumer protection laws applicable in each country we operate in.

Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without needing to provide a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/UE.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ngonjuan.es with your order number. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is faulty.

Faulty or damaged products: If your order arrives in poor condition, contact us with photos within 14 days of receipt. In addition to any refund or replacement you're entitled to by law, we'll offer a discount on your next order as a goodwill gesture.
